    100% for superb location

    rating20 Mar 2026

I booked this hotel as part of a holiday package and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I was happy with the basic service provided. The location is very convenient: there are plenty of shops nearby, and a shopping mall is only a 10‑minute walk away. For essentials, both Netto and dm are literally next door. The direct access to the train station is brilliant and makes exploring Berlin incredibly easy.A special thank you to receptionist Camilla — they were very helpful and made my stay more pleasant.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP IN THE REAR END OF BERLIN. AVOID

    rating08 Mar 2026

IGNORE THE PICTURES. This hotel is a detention centre at best. Situated on the Rump end of Berlin in what is akin to Manchesters Moss Side, and down town Beirut. Its a million miles from anything German, its genuinely a toilet. The hotel is rough at best the pictures are not of the hotel thats one thing, the rooms are rank, the beds are horrible, and the pillows are a just a case with 23 cotton balls in.The air-conditioning does not work at all, period, blows hot and hotter. The night time the sirens blare out all night, police ambulance, it never ceases, the drunks that's it at the actual front door are quite polite but an utter disgrace, the fighting, the music at 5am, is another issue. You cannot find a bar or restaurant that isnt Turkish within a 2 mile walk, I dont think I saw or spoke to a German while I was in that area. We all have different opinions but one thing I can promise you is this place is the utter pits. A toilet. The area is just unbearable. I beg you not to book this hell hole. We walked out today and booked the Motel one in Berlin. Spent half the money and its a hundred times the place.

    Tired & drab hotel .

    rating08 Oct 2025

The staff were friendly but the Hotel itself is tired looking & depressing, it’s not hospitable . We only had one tiny pillow each , no kettle in our room . When I asked why , they said we booked a standard room , it’s below standard when you can’t have a kettle. One roll of toilet paper, that had to do us for 4 days 🙈. The carpet in the room was so dated & worn , it felt like a hostel ,not a hotel. There were homeless people in the lobby & outside, they didn’t harass us, but I was reluctant to venture out on my own .

    Homeless drunks outside

    rating28 Apr 2025

There are potentially dangerous homeless people outside the hotel. The sink drain cover is missing and the faucet is incredibly stiff which makes it hard to control. The shower doors are also stiff and filthy. I don’t know if this is their fault, but the tv remote battery cover is insanely loose. Room service came to clean even though we told them not to.Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

    Not awful but not great

    rating15 Apr 2025

It’s very convenient being so close to the underground but that’s about it. The AC doesn’t work so the room gets unbearably hot and having the window open means dealing with the loud street below. We asked for extra pillows but even then they’re very flat and not the most comfortable, bed is comfy though. Rest of the room is fine but no tea and coffee in the room which is a shame. Staff on check-in tried charging us €120 for no reason which we argued against and they suddenly dropped it. Still no explanation as to what that was for.
