    Nice to sleep, very modest breakfast

    We visited this hotel because of Fruit Logistica Fair. Friendly reception. Rooms newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. Good beds.No bar, only automat with drinks.The breakfast in the morning is chaotic when the hotel is fully booked. Not enough seats and not really comfortable. The selection is also modest . No place to park. I had to park at IBIS on the opposite.Staff is service minded.

    My company booked a room with them via booking com. We knew the rate was not refundable. However, one hour after our booking we received news that our engineer would not go Berlin until a later day in May. We tried online to change the date and tried to transfer our credit card charge to the new date. The system however would not let us change date and they tricked us into a cancellation, obviously with charges on the credit card. We contacted them and we got a blind answer from them. They would NOT refund or transfer to the new date. This is not how business is done. Not in the tourist business world we work in. Signed. Patrick Vanlerberghe. Manager at Flexis World Ltd.

    Room is clean, Parking options poor after 18.00h , very polite Staff, breakfast is ok. Like many hotels it is noisy on the road side at daybreak 05.30h from passing trucks and cars.Better sleep on the back side.

    I choose this hotel to stay o.n.before taking a flight next day from SXF airport. The hotel is located near Postdam and easily accessible if you travel by car. Convenient for a short stay: quite place at a reasonable price.

    Stayed here for 3 nights for business. Hotel has no restaurant or bar and no facilities to make a drink in room. Breakfast is nice but very overpriced. Hotel in middle of nowhere so if you don't have a car you are stuck. Staff not very friendly. Room is ok, shower is good. It's clean but dated. Hotel ok for price but lack of restaurant and bar is a big downside when travelling by yourself. Overall 2 star
