  We arrived on Sat afternoon straight from Brandenburg Airport, taking public transport then eventually the taxi from Bellevue after trying to walk. Tiergarten is breathtaking and this little gem of a hotel is situated beside the exquisite Charlotten Tor. It's our first time staying in a B&B Hotel so I didn't know what to expect. There are self check in desks but I opted to check in with the receptionist who spoke perfect English as they all do. Unfortunately, my German isn't even 10% yet. Check in was easy, paid the city tax, was handed the key & up we strolled to the second floor. First impressions of the hotel is how clean it is & the surrounding area. Our hotel room is small & cosy but has everything we need. We have a massive window overlooking the Mercedes Benz building but is still private for us not to feel intrusive. Room is impeccably clean, has the most comfortable double bed with a Samsung tv on the wall. There are 4 power points overall, 2 on each side of the bed (one has a USB port), 1 at the table and 1 in the bathroom. It has plenty of wardrobe space for clothing and shoes. There is a hairdryer provided. Hand wash and shower gel are also provided in the bathroom which are lovely to use and a nice touch. The hotel also provides, bottled drinks, snacks and toiletries in the reception which is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is around €12 each but has a vast range of highly delicious foods from bread, cheese and meats to fruit, cereals, pastries, yogurts etc In all honesty, I don't want to leave this hotel and Berlin as it has been a wonderful experience.   Impersonal service, cramped rooms, over-crowded lobbies and elevators and a location far from restaurants, sights and public transportation makes any money you might save staying here a negligible advantage. Extremely isolated for pedestrians looking to visit the sights. And the breakfast sucks.

  If your on a holiday and need a cenral place close to public transport, but still a quiet night, it's a good place.If you're looking for a mid#town party area (sleepless nights) you're off mark here, but the price of the accom may be interesting still.if you're on business and need to get up early, you won't find sleep easily because the hotel attracts customers keen on running, shouting and being noisy in general.If you look for CoVid security, the hotel has nice rules but nobidy gives a damn and nothing is enforced. If you have a room at 6th floor, to avoid the stuffed lifts is an inconvenient choice.In general. The place is clean and well maintained, tyhe crew is helpfulp. The immidiate neighbourhood is quiet but boring.If the guest next door snores you've rotten luck, if he doen;t, it's a good night. Given the price, one could do worse.

  Not the cheapest but good service at check in and perfect for being at the airport to catch an early flight - literally roll out of bed into terminal 1 Will stay again as exactly what was needed - clean , comfortable and convenientWould recommend
