We stayed here 4 nights with two kids and don't have any complaints. For the price we paid it was a bargain. The hotel felt a little abandoned with just about 20-40 guests (don't know if that's because of covid-19 or their mediocre rating) but everything was exactly as I would expect for a middle class German hotel. Breakfasts are usually never fantastic but there was a variety of cold food as well as egg, fruit, coffee etc. The room was clean with all amenities expected but a little old-fashioned.

The area around the is going through a rebuild. As there's no air con I slept with a window open. No need for an alarm as the construction work woke me every morning. The rooms are large, clean (some signs of mould in the shower) and the staff are efficient and helpful. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Affordable hotel with decent accommodations and breakfast buffet but no air conditioning. They do provide electric fans and you can open big windows, but if you’re not used to sleeping without A/C, this is not for you. Understand some hotels in these European cities are not yet ready for climate change and will be a while before they install A/C.

We only stayed for 3 nights. We arrived the first night and was very rudely and aggressively asked to pay for our stay. That put me off completely. The room was dated and looked like a youth hostel room.There was a fan in the room which helped with the heat. The buffet breakfast was adequate. When I enquired about the apartments across the way, I was told abruptly that it was full. Yet I did email prior to booking, that if they had an apartment, I would take it. I will think twice about returning to this hotel. The staff at the reception was so unfriendly.

The hotel itself is good a little far from city center but you can take the metro so .. the service was really good and cleanliness too .. breakfast was quite and delicious The only reason for the “average” rate because of the wifi the internet is so slow like we had to wait for the next morning to catch wifi from metro stations because its faster .. other than that its a really good hotel if the wifi problem is fixed i will definitely come back again👍🏽
