Location

This hotel lies in the Charlottenburg district, directly next to Olivaer Square. The famous Kufürstendamm can be found only minutes from the hotel. There are numerous shops and entertainment venues located here, including restaurants, bars, designer boutiques, shops, nightclubs and much more. Public transport links, such as the underground or bus, are within walking distance.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 118 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Home away from home in Berlin

    We had 21 days in one of the apartments above the bustle of Olivaer Platz and looking down Leibnizstr. The apartment was quiet and capacious and the service offered by staff excellent. It’s not the first time we have stayed there and again it proved to be an excellent home away from home. The place works. Well done, people.     Brilliant, clean and well equipped.

    This is a really friendly, really clean and super well equipped apartment hotel. Our room seemed brand new and was extremely well situated on the Kurfenstendamm to enable Berlin exploring. We travelled as a family and the hob, microwave, and dishwasher ( all high quality) meant we didn’t have to eat out every night and spend a fortune. Everything about the hotel is immaculate really and the decor and standard felt like a 4 or possibly even 5 star establishment. Our new favourite hotel. Well done to everyone involved. We explored the Olympic stadium, Zoo and Tier Park animal park on our trip. All were superb.     Modern and it's in the heart of Berlin

    The pillows are too fluffy. The room are well equipped and modern. The facilities are good. The reception and dining area is very bright. The Citadines is well located. So many restaurants and eateries around. Kudamm is a nice area too explore. A place to start your holiday.     Extremely rude staff who accused customers for lying and shouting at them!!!

    The Hotel room was good and newly renovated however the staff was horrible and rude!! Coffee and water was announced to be free (was told on arrival and clearly stated on a board in the restaurant). We only had coffee that was FOR FREE but was accused for having breakfast. We had breakfast in our room everyday during our stay! The lady staff asked my uncle who was having coffee with his wife and my mom, to sign a list with room number, number of people (4) and signature. He who couldn't understand what she was talking about! - but she just kept insisting him to fill the list so he did. When I came down to the reception to check out they wanted to charge us for breakfast. When I refused they threatened me with having recordings - I told them to watch the tape as none of us had breakfast in the restaurant. Immediately this awful judgmental attitude came out! But that was not enough she even screamed at me as a customer because I didn't have a note for the parking remote control, which wasn't given to me when I got the remote for the parking cellar. I told her that the papir wasn't handed to me and that it was s mistake from the staff end but she just kept this awful attitude and being rude to me the whole time. I will never book here again and will advise everybody to keep away. No customers should be accused of lying or shouted at period!!!
