  Unfortunately I have to agree with many of the reason reviews. The place was dirty, worn out, in major need of a complete facelift! You can see that at one time it was worth the neighborhood it's in. Here I was thinking I was being surrounded by Chanell and Rolex stores. And a lot more of those high-end stores in the area. But when I got to the hotel I felt like I was in the lowest rent district of the east side. I think I would've rather stayed in a hostel!And I typically try to see the best in things if you read my other reviews you'll see that I'm very honest about things. But I will avoid this place at all costs in the future

  the worst hotel which i ever seen. dity they gabe us a room on the 5 th floor with no lift and you have to walk 200m!

  the poorest hotel which i have ever see , dirty and unacceptable,they are not cleaning the rooms every day and they were lyong to us and telling us that pur clothes were on the bed, thats why they dis not arrange the beds.the shower are dirty.its really a pity that this hotel exist

  Downhill after breakfast

  I will start with the positives,Breakfast was ok and location was good.Unfortunately the room was terrible, the first room we had, had leak in bathroom.We were moved, next room looked dated, no kettle or working Tv (was told to use Tv through my phone, what’s that all about!)We all got bitten (I assume bed bugs), and the extremely large window opened all the way, without having bars or some safety device on (would of thought being a family room was a must!). The hairdryer couldn’t be moved out of bathroom, and there was no plug in bathroom to plug it in anyway, so just a useless decoration really.I consider myself a realistic guy, and understand that standards aren’t always the same as you get at home, I queried some of these points with the owner/manager (not sure which), but he was about as much interested as I was about needlepoint!All in all the room and the and decor is dated and dirty, it needs to be modernised!My last point is that I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews, but they were all correct, book at your peril, and good luck !(Ps Berlin as a city is lovely, I recommend a bus tour and seeing Brandenburg Gate)

  Not a 'safe' hotel

  Firstly, there are no safes in the rooms as stated in the hotel's information. I asked at reception and they are looking for a new provider. The gentleman on reception will kindly let you use the hotel safe but you will have to do an itinerary each time you leave or collect your items which includes counting out any money you leave. This can be time consuming if you have a quite a few things. By the end of the holiday we left the items in the room as the reception is not available twenty four hours a day, as it should be as stated in the hotel information. If you have items in the safe you will not be able to collect them while the reception is closed or leave items.The doors between the room and the connecting corridor are not fit for purpose. They seem to be made solely of wood with no noise cancelling properties letting all noise through. All noises can be heard in your room, from housekeeping shouting outside the room at 8:30am to large groups of teens running and shouting in the corridors at all hours.The good points of the hotel are the location and the beds were quite comfortable.

  The hotel has no luxury but has everything that you need. The Wi_Fi was not working. That was very disappointing because I really need the internet for my work. The reception gave the private password which only works in reception. To have the Wi_Fi you need to go down two floors. Breakfast was good. The personal was friendly. The place is a little far from the main attractions (Museums, Kreuzberg etc..). But U-Bahn is just 1 minute away which is very convinient. U-Bahn tickets in Berlin are very expensive! it is right at the center of shopping street celled Ku-Damm. The bus M29 is very good to reach the hotel and whole Berlin. Indeed using bus M29 would be much better than U-Bahn if you stay in this hotel. Also there is direct public bus from Hotel to Airport Tegel. The pillows were awful.
