    I stayed here April 2024 . The customer service is 100% The hotel was clean and tidy.I was very close to the zoo and had good transportation links!

    The room was very dated and fairly dirty (looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned). The windows didn’t have a good seal when shut so let in a lot of cold and noise from outside. The hotel is right next too a main junction of crossroads meaning you constantly get woken up by emergency service sirens and people with loud cars. The bath plug didn’t come out when pushed in making it difficult to drain the bath. The room was advertised as a double bedroom and instead was two single beds pushed together with two individual single duvets. Only one pillow per bed too which varied in size. One was huge and one was tiny. Could hear other guests in the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was very basic and offered the bare minimum. The staff were pleasant however and the tax/hotel itself were fairly cheap so if that’s all you’re bothered about then it’s an alright choice location wise.

    Loved this hotel,located in a very nice area of Berlin, transport links are amazing, bus stop outside the front door, underground a few blocks away. The room was clean but a bit tired, breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent , I would thoroughly recommend this hotel both for its location and extremely friendly and helpful staff 👌

    My first time at the hotel which is well placed in the çity. There's a bus stop and taxi rank right outside and U-Bahn stations are a short walk away. Checking in was smooth and our room was available from 2pm. The room was a good size, with a bath and TV. There is however no fridge or kettle, which is a shame because we British love our tea! The beds were comfortable, room clean and there was a good view over the Kurfurstendamm. Breakfast is on the 6th floor with a great view. The food was nice, but the same selection everyday could get boring on a long stay. Staff are friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception on the final day after check out (late flight) - a nice touch. Tourist information and maps are available in reception. The whole hotel a little tired and very '1980s' but I I would go back and have no complaints really, it did everything we wanted and that's all I could ask.

    Been here for 4 times now. Location is perfect, friendly stuff and breakfast is good. The rooms have always been tidy. Sometimes they give you a room with bath tube, a little extra. In summertime air cooler has always worked well, I enjoy my nights little colder. Bed is fine, too. Will stay here again next time in Berlin.
