    The otherwise positive aspects of the hotel were overshadowed by the disturbing environment

    Hotel had friendly staff, decent rooms, and a satisfactory breakfast. However, our overall experience was marred by its location in a questionable neighborhood. While the proximity to the subway was excellent, the streets became quite dark and frequented by prostitutes in the evening, which made returning to the hotel uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the hotel's otherwise positive aspects were overshadowed by this unsettling environment.

    I had a pleasant stay, check it was easy, the room was comfortable and pretty spacious as well. The staff was nice, everything was clean, Ill probably come back to this hotel for my next stay in Berlin.

    Rudest Employee Ever!

    We were checked in by a rude, sarcastic and offensive member of staff (think his name was Zahar). We arrived early and weren’t sure if we could check in yet, so we asked the man and he rudely replied “what do you think I’m doing??”, he then sent us up to a dirty room and when we came back down he smirked and said “oh it wasn’t ready for you?” . I asked why he was being so rude and he said that all people in Berlin were like that, and they weren’t fake like the British. Asked him if he knew we were British and he said yes, implying we were fake. He then continued to make us feel uncomfortable throughout the stay, laughing and smirking at us. Horrible experience, and no one else was rude to us in Berlin so I think it had everything to do with him and nothing to do with the city.

    Good position near the underground (lines U1, U2 and U3). Big and comfortable rooms. The staff was really nice and professional, and always present at the reception. Breakfast is available even for people who are celiac, you just need to ask in advance.

    Nice staff, good price, good location, clean room and bathroom. There is no chance to have room before 2pm. Opposite the hotel is wine bar, and caffe bar with sweet breakfest and sandwitches. 20 minutes from the hotel is perfect spot for breakfast- Mattea (but dont forget book the table)At night is a little bit loud outside. But everything's fine! :)I recommend this hotel.
