    An excellent hotel approximately 1.5km from the centre of Potsdam in a quiet suburb. Within walking distance of all the major attractions. The hotel was clean and modern, the staff efficient and courteous, English was widely spoken. Breakfasts were good ,there is a gym and also a swimming pool and spa, the latter for a small extra charge. I would definitely return.     Good location, but somewhat soulless offering and you have to pay extra for using the swimming pool!!!

    We stayed in a family suite which was really big and clean. Parking was easy and cost around 58 euro for two nights. The room had a strong late eighties style but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was small but a good shower. You have to ask for housekeeping or in default you won’t get any. Also you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. Breakfast was good overall. The hotel is very big so avoid busy times for breakfast as there will be a lot of guests! Hotel could do with some modernisation. Around a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the city and also Sansouci so a very good location.     Very well located, ample subte parking, functional rooms. Dozens of shops, bars, restaurants within 10 minute easy walk.You get a voucher for a drink if you don't have your room serviced.Only give 3 stars because 250ml water for 2 persons welcome is a joke, and reception is understaffed. Bar staff was kind and fast.One of the largest parks in the world, Sans Souci, is also an easy stroll.     Superb but pricy car park

    Great Hotel. Visited end of March 2024 as a couple. Comfortable stay for 3 nights in a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious clean and comfortable room. The location of the hotel is 15-20 min walk to the Sanssouci palace and park one way and 15-20min walk to the centre full of vibe. The kettle, tea and coffee available. Fridge quiet and vell freezing. The breakfast was superb. Sauna and pool were very well maintained. Bathrobes were at additional cost (3 euros) to rent and Sauna arera was required to enter nude, although you can have a towel on you. The biggest downside was 25 euros per day per car parking, but I believe if you look carefully in advance, it would be possible to park near by for free on the steet as the area seemed to be very safe and nice suburb.     The moment you enter the hotel, you're greeted by an inviting team of staff and trendy atmosphere.
