    Name should be Domero refugee camp, not hotel. Unacceptable!

    I would have given 0 stars if possible. My husband had to go find somebody to check in after waiting 10 minutes. She announces that there are 55 refugees staying there. This reservation was part of a package with Railbookers - won't work with them ever again either for additional reasons. At first we were willing to give it a try, at least for one night. Getting out of the one working elevator, the red catpet was black with dirt, lights were out in the hallway, kid's drawings on the wall, black banana peel on the floor, endless list of problems. We got to our rooms and turned back around. Wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged. They wouldn't give us written verification so I told her to give us back the papers we had signed. Horrible!!!!!

    Don't book their the trow you out on the street, i bookt for 3 days en the day that we arrived after 7 our drive they told u that they send a message that morning that they don't have a room for you !!!You stand than their and no hotel !!!Redicules

    The Hotel is close to shopping streets. Hotel location is just 5 minutes from metro station on foot. In the room furnitures are quite old. Hotel is not dirty. Staffs are very kind but service is medium quality.Room is not small. I paid about 270 euro for 3 nights. We didn’t confront a problem during stay.

    We visited Berlin for our first time. The hotel is located near to shops, restaurants and a train station making it a great location. The room was dirty, no daily room service with poor facilities on site. The reception desk only works part time. The condition of the room was also poor with peeling paint and smelly beds.

    Stayed here 2 nights in June and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Reception has very limited opening hours, no chance to check in before 3pm. Room was spacy and on 3rd floor overlooking the street. Many problems. Room was dirty, cleaning poor. No shampoo was replenished in the shower, curtains partly torn down, wifi was weak, aircon poor, mini fridge was full of ice in the upper part, TV was not working, safe was not working... the list goes on and on. Management is poor, even the reception carpet was full of dirt. Breakfast was below average, poor ingredients, bananas all brown, poor bread rolls. Lady at reception said she would try to fix some of the issues but nothing happened. We got a small compensation (one free breakfast) but it didn't fix the problems of this hotel. Location is good, quiet street, building is old and needs renovation.
