Location

The hotel is ideally located close to the Autobahn exit Hohenzollerndamm and has the Funkturm and the ICC in sight. The next metro station Heidelberger Platz is just 500 m away and the Kurfürstendamm is about 3 km. The picturesque Lietzensee is only three train stops away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 9 apartments, 14 single rooms and 76 double rooms located in two 7-storey buildings with lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Had 1 night in the hotel,,Check in was a problem, they didnt find our booking first and then they say that we had not paid for the hotel,,after like 10 minutes they found our booking and then realizes that we had already paid! Room was very good size with a small bathroom, location is pretty good, metro station 5minutes away by foot, took around 25-30 minutes to Alexanderplatz., it was clean in the room and the hotel.Alot of free parkings outside the hotel.

    I had a perfect time there in the hotel, the rooms are private, only toilet and shower are shared, but they are Soo clean you won't find a problem with them. Staff is nice, and loving. I recommend highly 😊👍

    Extremely unkind and unethical, I booked for one day, when booking it was asked what time you would like to check in? Check in, I wrote 8am, when I went they said no, check in is at 15, from 8am to 15 I was waiting on the chair! While I kept seeing people checking out and the room was empty

    Everything was quite good,kind personal,clean room and comfortable bed.We also had a small balkony.Breakfast was totally fine,drinks and food were fresh and good quality.Location is amazing because it’s near metro and there is a park and a playground near,was a super trip!

    I really enjoyed my stay at Enjoy! The room was spacious enough for two people, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the private bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the entire hotel.
