    Location was acceptable. Atmosphere terrible because of lift, cold and old rooms and the reception entrance was closed because the receptionists decided!!!

    The blonde lady at the reception should maybe look for another job because this one it's not for her, when we arrived I asked her if she could put my bottle of water in the fridge bc it was super hot in Berlin those days and there was no fridge in the room neither, and she said "no" with this annoying face of her. The next day I've asked a guy (another receptionist) and he gently said yes and put my water in the fridge. At the check out she got keys and didn't even said "bye". Wow

    On the first day we arrived at the hotel as a family with a baby, we asked for a room that would be suitable for us. A middle-aged man at the reception responded rudely and harshly said, "I'm working here alone anyway!"The worst part was when my baby got sick and my wife had to go to the hospital by ambulance. The next day, I needed to go to the hospital too, but all my cards were with my wife. I had no money or anything with me. I was crying and just asked for a bus ticket. I explained that it was an emergency and I needed to get to the hospital. Instead of helping, he said, "So what? What do you want from me, money?" I said no, just a bus ticket. He replied harshly and in a humiliating tone, "We don’t give bus tickets, and I won’t give you money for a taxi either."A place that treats people like this even in an emergency should absolutely be avoided. I recommend staying in a hostel instead — it would be better.Even though we paid for the hotel in advance, this is how we were treated. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and there was hot water, but you could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room. There was a tiny, half-working elevator that barely fits two people. It’s close to the city center. One Ukrainian housekeeper was kind and treated us like humans.But at the reception, there's this grumpy middle-aged man who doesn't even say "welcome" and greets you with "I'm working here alone!" He clearly lacks basic human decency. The TV didn’t work either. Cleaning was okay, but unfortunately, humanity seemed to be missing. What a shame!

    This hotel is very basic ,slightly run down and shabby.The rooms are adequate if you are looking for just somewhere to lay your head at the end of a busy day .The reception staff are friendly and helpful.and the location is good for the Ubahn (Konstanza Strasse).The lift is small and as you ascend through the windows you can see all the graffiti inside the lift doors on each floor.The bed is comfortable and i slept relatively well ,however the pillow was underfilled with extremely soft foam and provided no support whatsoever.When i first arrived my safe did not work and i could get no picture on the tv.The safe was fixed that evening and after fiddling around with the aerial i did get some channels however only one English speaking CNN ,a news channel .The shower had good water pressure and good hot water however the fitting that holds it didn't fit so it had to be hand held at all times .The hotel didn't offer food but there is a café bakery about 3 minutes to the left of the main hotel entrance and just past that is a REWE supermarket useful for snacks .Remember to take a bottle opener as most of the beers were bottled . There were no kettles,fridges in the room .

    Appalling hotel. Rooms were dated and grubby - beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Roadworks outside hotel began at 7am (appreciated that’s not hotels fault but they could have warned us). Didn’t risk breakfast - sorry won’t be returning
