Location

The hotel is ideally located on famous Friedrichstrasse, right in the centre of Berlin, a few minutes from the prestigious shopping area and near the main sights of the German capital. There are a number of sights nearby, including the KaDeWe shopping complex and the Museumsinsel. The hotel is perfectly connected with the airports by car as well as by train. The S-Bahn station Friedrichstrasse, located right next to the hotel, connects to Schönefeld Airport in less than 30 minutes. Tegel Airport is about 23 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 221 rooms, including 8 junior suites and 198 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Wonderful location- walking 15 minutes to 30 minutes to several days of exploring the top tourist sites and galleries. 10 minute walk to restaurants along the river including the top rated Berliner. Very safe though we were not on the streets after 9. Super rooms and Reception staff (Garry, Christian) were awesome when we were there and the questions we emailed weeks before arrival.

    Celebrated our 35th anniversary for 5 nights in this new-to-us city and hotel. Huge breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, great location. Highly recommended.

    We visited as a couple for a city break over half term. Had a wonderful break. The hotel is situated right in the city centre. Easily accessible to public transport or, if like us, you prefer to walk everywhere, such a great spot. What a beautiful city with so much to see. Room and facilities were great. Pool was a lovely way to relax after a day of walking. Only moan for us was the ending to our break. We wanted to treat ourselves to a few cocktails in the lobby bar after a lovely meal at blockhouse restaurant. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes, no eye contact, no acknowledgment from the only bar tender. We were willing to wait and a friendly smile would have been enough. Instead we had a snub at how busy the lone bar tender was. We retreated to our room cocktail less! More staff are clearly needed at such a busy bar area in a 5* hotel. The lack of service left us disappointed on our final evening at Eurostars in Berlin.

    Bed experience, next to a train station so it's constantly noisy, extremely bad service issues, the heating wasn't working in my room, it was full of garbage, it was very hard to get any attention. Breakfast for the war too many people, food was constantly missing, it felt like the army Everything there is an argument even the most basic things, I'll never go back there again!

    Stayed here last weekend with my partner and we absolutely loved our time here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and couldn't have asked for a better room, facilities or location! would recommend this hotel to anyone!
