    Excellent! Good location with three metro stops within walking distance. A mini mart near and a few places to eat. Good sized family room and always clean and comfortable. Steven on reception is excellent super helpful and cheerful a real asset! Air con in the rooms would help to improve the hotel. We did have a fan. Did not stay for breakfast as for a family of 4 it was very expensive compared with visiting a cafe or eatery. Allows bags to be left before checking or after. Overall great hotel.     Really nice hotel with friendly staff. It’s ideal for a weekend visit to the city and the closest underground station is about 10mins away. Also about 15mins walk to Potsdamer Platz.     Just a little (not a little big) hotel in Berlin

    Extremely uncomfortable beds and no kettle in the room which meant we had either to pay for a full breakfast or wouldn’t be able to get a cup of coffee (unless paying for it separately, again) in the morning…(free after 1pm only).     Overall experience was very positive. Pros are: Very clean, tidy room.(Of course it’s tiny, beyond tiny if you’re American, like if you have two large suitcases you’re in trouble tiny, but that’s expected)Staff was polite, spoke excellent English at front desk, and rest of staff was good enough for us to figure things out.Breakfast included with stay was perfect.Location is good, easy access to the subways/bus system. Negatives are: No one here at late night- this was kind of a big deal. We arrived at 11pm, no way into building, so we’re standing outside with our luggage. Sweet. Eventually followed someone else into the building. Finally interpreted the signs, we needed to call someone. Never tried a call to a Berlin number from our USA cell phone. Not fun. Hotel website tells you to install WhatsApp to communicate with them. Really? Eventually we figured things out and got the key out of a key box. Highly, HIGHLY recommend that if you will be arriving after 9pm you have a very specific plan for getting into your room.Overall a nice, clean hotel, good location, good value.     Decent place for the money. Not 4-5 stars, but would give it 3.

    Somewhat spartan but good value for its price. Room was plain but adequate. Better lighting would have been nice (no bed head lamp or table lamp). Breakfast was average but a bit more warm varieties would have been nice. Staff was very helpful. 10 minute walk to public transportation was doable.
