This newly built youth and city hotel has a futuristic design and is located near to the Berlin Arena near to Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station.

Facility

The hostel has 241 rooms, including 50 single rooms and 69 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hostel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Basic hotel for budget travellers. Suitable for couples and students. A very good common area with all facilities. Close to the tram station. Hotel staff were friendly. Late check-out facility available for booking.com travellers!!Disliked · The arrangement inside the room was not convenient. Even though the room is small, we think that maybe it could be arranged in a better way.The breakfast was very basic for the price of 6 euros. It seemed that the room was not completely cleaned. Also, there was not much sound proof as we could hear sounds and people speaking from neighbour rooms

    Hoped the towels would be free tho, and wish I had breakfast there.Not the cleanest but awesome price (as for me a broke student haha) and keep in mind it’s not in the city center!!Since it was my first time in a hostel I guess I got lucky with the people in my room so this was a first good experience!     It was really bad experience from the beginning. No cash payment even though it isn’t written in anywhere. One bathroom and toilet room for the whole floor and to reach it you should walk whole the corridor. No space between beds and ne tables or chairs to sit.     Very disappointing. Do not recommend at all. Will never come back.I had a small wallet with cash in my bag in the room I was staying with my friends. The next day when I came back from the city, my wallet was gone. It was obvious that someone had been into the room because the trash can had been emptied. When I went to the reception to report it, they didn't do anything. There are no cameras on the floor. They said that I'll have to wait until the next day to check the card key log from my room with the manager. Next day came, another receptionist said I wasn't allowed to check the log even with a manager and gave me a report to complete about what was stolen. It should be mentioned that the first receptionist didn't even tell me there was I report I could complete. Overall, very disorganized and not caring. Also, the cleaning staff comes into the room unannounced with no care if you're there or not. Even if you tell them you do not want them to enter, they come in and try to do their thing.
