Location

Surrounded by lakes and castles, the hotel is just 15 km from the city centre and Potsdamer Platz and close to the conference centre (ICC) of Berlin. With easy access to two airports, the hotel offers the perfect location for corporate and leisure travel. Links to the local public transport network are 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Nightspots are around 400 m away, restaurants are some 600 m from the hotel and a selection of bars and pubs are approximately a 15-minute walk away. Shopping venues are some 15 minutes away by public transport.

Facility

3 studios, 57 single rooms and 138 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     It was my first time at the lovely Ginn Hotel at a christian women retreat which I didn't not stay over night but joined for a day, I was positive surprised of the beautiful and calm location surrounded by the river as well as the friendly staff and overall atmosphere in the Hotel, the staff at the Reception was super friendly and the food was delicious so was the coffee time deserts and snacks, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying and enjoying their time. Thank you Ginn Management for such a lovely experience!

    Stayed here for one night when passing through on a longer drive. It’s a nice hotel located in a very quiet area. Room was totally okay and seemed clean.The breakfast was excellent and provided a perfect start on our onwards journey.A bit strange that they charged for parking considering the location of the hotel.

    The location is excellent, making it ideal for business meetings and events. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The buffet is decent but lacks variety, as it is the same every day. The only reason I gave 4 points instead of 5 is that there is no proper fitness area.

    Early-morning intrusions into our 2 bedrooms while we were asleep

    We stayed for two nights at this hotel, which is dog-friendly. The location of resort is close to a pleasant water area. Rooms are clean. The restaurant where we had breakfast is nicely decorated with plenty of choices for breakfast. Many thanks to a waitress at the restaurant who was very kind to our dog.However, we had a rather shocking experience at this hotel. We were woken up very early yesterday morning by a gentleman who burst into the room shouting "The technic".The same happened in the room where our daughter was sleeping when someone opened the door out of the blue. She also got completely panicked.The lady at reception apologized when we told her about it when we were checking out. Guests' tranquillity and safety seem to be a minimum. This is quite astonishing for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.

    Great Hotel with Everything You Need

    We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Casual, friendly atmosphere, nice rooms and a nice restaurant. The menu is limited but everything is very tasty. We often decided to stay at the hotel and eat rather than going out for dinner and the lobby bar became our usual social space.
