Location

The hotel is situated right across from the famous Mauerpark and in close proximity to the Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer (Berlin Wall Memorial). Only a short walk away guests will find Kastanienallee, Oderberger Strasse, the Kulturbrauerei (800 m) and Kollwitzplatz (1500 m) which offer a huge variety of interesting cafes, restaurants and shops. Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower (city centre) are 2 km away. It is approximately 10 km to Berlin/Tegel Airport and around 25 km to Berlin/Schönefeld Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 96 non-smoking rooms, including 12 junior suites, 12 single rooms and 66 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     A really good hotel for the price. Has everything you need and has really good transport connections. Very easy to get to from the airport. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again

    Fantastic stay at this modern and well-located hotel. The building is new and stylish, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the U-Bahn station, with only three stops to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was massive and satisfying, though it could use more pastries or croissants. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!”

    This is a great hotel. It's very light and modern, with very friendly and helpful staff. It's not massively close to many attractions in Berlin, but has a tram stop right outside, and a metro station just a short walk away, so it's not a problem. There are some shops nearby where you can pick up drinks and snacks, and a couple of eating places - but not many, so we tended to eat in the main part of town before coming back to our room for the night.Breakfast was fine - typical continental fare, and plenty of it. The tables could have been kept cleaner (you're encouraged to clear the table yourself once you're done, but then you're relying on a member of staff getting to that table between patrons to clean it), and the stools to sit on weren't terribly comfortable, but perhaps that's to stop people lingering!The room itself was light and airy, modern, and quite spacious. Being a little further out of town, there wasn't much noise at night. Overall, a great little place that I'd definitely stay in again when I return to Berlin (which I plan to, as I thoroughly enjoyed it!).

    Had a great 3 night stay, with a metro stop right outside the hotel it was easy to navigate around Berlin. Room was clean and functional. No air conditioning, however you can ‘borrow’ a fan by leaving a deposit that you get back once your return the fan. The included breakfast was a bonus to start the day! Would recommend :)

    Front office team needs customer service education { don't waste your money and time }

     I booked non smoking room and king size bed for me and my pregnant wife but unfortunately I get twin bed and the smell of the cigarette was very bad and strong when I asked the reception to help us they don't even show 1% of care and humanity, at 3AM in morning we checked out because we couldn't sleep because of the noisy and cigarettes smell.
