Location

    The hotel is located a very short distance from Ku'damm. The building itself is an old school very nicely modernized. A U-bahn station is right next to the hotel. Although it is so close in the buzzing center of the city, it is amazing quiet inside - both in the lobby and in the room. My room was in the 7th floor. The view was not very particular but anyway I got plenty of natural light coming through the big windows. I found the hotel clean. The breakfast was superb, plenty of choices. I stayed for one week and didn't get bored on the selections. The hotel features a spa, sauna and gym. The gym is quite basic, small and warm but you can get a sweat before going to sauna. I liked my stay very much and I would choose it again when I visit Berlin again.

    The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. I particularly enjoyed the spa and massage from Silke Voigt. It was perhaps the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommend.

    We stayed at this hotel while attending the ITB fair, and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. The facilities are excellent, and the staff’s attention and friendliness made our stay even better.The location is unbeatable, with great connections to public transport, making it very easy to get around the city.Every time we come to Berlin, it truly feels like our home away from home. Highly recommended!

    My family and i came to celebrate my birthday. Nothing from the hotel even no happy birthday. But this isn’t the problem. Unfortunately we came when the war between iran and Israel started so no flights back to Israel, we asked to stay more time in the hotel because we don’t have a place to go. One of the nicest workers of you i think its matties tried to help and promised that in the next morning we will get answers. In the next morning your worst worker marko was so roud and unpleasant and did everything to make us leave the hotel to the street. The first time i was in the hotel was perfect but this time because of horrible marko was so bad. The room is great and everything except marko was great but our impression now isn’t good. General Manager, at H10 Berlin Ku'damm, responded to this review Dear Nir S,First of all, I would like to wish you a belated Happy Birthday. We were surprised to read that you felt your birthday went unacknowledged, as our records show that a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was sent to your room to celebrate the occasion. We truly hope you enjoyed this gesture.Regarding your request to extend your stay during the difficult situation with the flight cancellations: I was the staff member assisting you at the time. I would like to clarify that we sincerely wanted to help, but unfortunately, your original room category was fully booked. The only available option I could offer for an extension was a triple room.Furthermore, because the ITB Berlin Congress began that Monday, the entire city was at peak occupancy. This high demand across all of Berlin is why prices were significantly higher than usual.We take your feedback regarding our team's communication very seriously and will review this internally to ensure all guests feel supported, especially in stressful times.     WE HAD SEARCHED FOR A CENTRALLY- LOCATED HOTEL WITH A ROOM LARGE ENOUGH FOR GRANDPARENTS TO SHARE WITH A TEENAGE GRANDSON.OUR TRIPLE ROOM EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, WITH A KING SIZED BED SEPARATED BY SLIDING DOORS FROM THE ADJACENT TWIN BEDDED ROOM.THIS ARRANGEMENT MEANT THAT WE WERE ALL ABLE TO SLEEP WELL IN THE VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS WITHOUT DISTURBING EACH OTHER.BREAKFAST WAS A GREAT SELECTION OF FRESH HOT AND COLD FOOD.THE HOTEL IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEXT TO AN UNDERGROUND STATION AND ALL ATTRACTIONS ARE WITHIN EASY REACH.ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY MIRIUM AT RECEPTION, WHO WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO SHOW US THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL TO PLACES OF INTEREST AND ADDED EXTRA TIPS .WE HOPE TO RETURN AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
