    Lovely short stay

    This was a short 2-night stay but it was really nice. The hotel is new, modern and stylish. Rooms and bathrooms are nicely furnished and decorated. The staff is young, sweet and friendly. Also, they have 24/7 tea/coffee stall so you can enjoy a tasty hot drink anytime.The only issue was that the room was set for one person instead of two but it was actually not that important and we fixed that quickly 🛏️I'd say it's a perfect affordable option for tourists and not long stays.City center can be reached by tram+S-bahn within 35-40 minutes.

    Amazing customer service. staffs were very friendly(Eric/Ali/and the rest). The room was very well designed, with beautiful lightings. Hot drinks were complimentary for all guests. We enjoyed the hot chocolate/cappuccino etc. Cons: The location is not so great if you are someone very adventurous and who loves shopping.

    We stayed here in October to take our daughter to a BTS concert in Berlin and we struggled to find rooms in the city. This was the closest we could find to the city centre (about 3 miles away) for a reasonable price and we were quite apprehensive and not sure what to expect. As soon as we checked in, those fears disappeared as the hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean inside. We stayed in an apartment style room and the modern decor and facilities provided were first class and very upmarket for the price that we paid. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel and two trams will get you to the alexanderplatz and a day ticket for the trams is around €7. There is also a petrol station across the road which is handy for toiletries and snacks. My only criticism would be the cost of the breakfast. There were 4 of us staying and it was €40 in total per day for breakfast and it was a continental style first come first served basis with a very small choice of food on offer. We would definitely stay there again but maybe save money and get breakfast elsewhere.

    Great hotel in great City

    My partner & I just came back from Berlin where we've stayed in this lovely little hotel.We've stayed 4 nights in room 315, it is a good size room with massive bathroom.So, few things - hotel is located in old industrial part of Berlin with massive oriental market behind it and many destroyed buildings. There is a Vietnamese restaurant in there which serves very good food. Hotel in itself is very nice in and outside, old factory building transformed into lovely place to stay.There is daily breakfast of extra 10 EURO per day. Tea and coffee machine in the lobby is free of charge and free to use at any point. Bar is open 24h but it is quite expensive.There are 2 trams outside the hotel M8 & M21 that will take you to other public transport.Overall it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

    Travelling with a large group this was the best hotel we could find Super clean Nice stylish rooms And staff was very helpful nothing was an issue Could recommend the hotel at any time and go back there - also free parking is hard to find these days Thanks again
