Facility

3 suites, 130 single rooms and 62 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Hotel entrance is nice and modern, it is also clean and spacious. The rooms were decent and very clean. The bed was comfy and a good size. Not too far from the airport which is great. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, that could be better but overall a decent hotel!     After my Wizz Air flight was cancelled, I was accommodated in this hotel as compensation and honestly, I couldn’t have wished for anything better. The room was spacious, with complimentary water and a small sweet welcome treat. The reception staff were very kind, especially the asian gentleman. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had with a wide selection, freshly made scrambled and fried eggs, and even the coffee from the machine was surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold.

    We stayed here one night as we had an early flight. The hotel arranged for our taxi, which we greatly appreciated. The room is small, but up to date and clean.

    A lovely clean room. A very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and all at a modest cost.Special acknowledgement to Noumi, (Cafe / bar) and Bishwo (Cafe / bar manager)They are both great ambassadors for the hotel and also for the hospitality industry

    The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was complete. Public transportation is difficult to access. It is located close to the airport. The room is a good size and there is a safety box and tea and coffee in the room. The only annoying thing about this hotel was the rude reception when we checked in. Despite a 2-night reservation from Turkish Airlines, they insisted that there was only one night's reservation and that you had to solve the problem yourself. Finally, after our insistence and checking in again, they realized their mistake but did not apologize for their unacceptable behavior.
