    A good location, plenty of transportation options, rooms small but very clean, bed very comfortable and plenty of sockets etc.Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast offers a multitude of choices to start your dayOverall a pleasant experience offering very good value.

    On a business trip, I booked a train from Amsterdam to Berlin. I never checked and it ended up being a sleeper train, meaning I arrived in Berlin at 6am instead of 6pm.After arriving at the Holiday Inn Express Berli City Centre, I was greeted by staff however, told that my room wont be ready till much later (of course, I am 9 hours early!!).Luckily, they were able to accomodate me within 10 minutes (even though fully booked) and i checked in at 7.15amThank you so much to the reception girls (sorry, I never got the nae of the first person who spoke with me) however, Nathanee came to me at breakfast and gave me a room key and allowed me to have breakfast.My 4th time in Berlin, each time with IHG and this has been the most memorable check in experience!Thanks!

    Hotel- walking distance from Anhalter Bahnhof station. Service good, room good, breakfast good but busy. No safe in room. Mini shop by reception with card machine payment. Cheaper supermarket across road. Not close to very good restaurants or at least we didn’t find one. Travel into mitte or east side for better choice.

    Modern north european styled hotel, in quiet, peaceful surroundings, always clean and gladly a walk away from the main City tourist attractions.Staff always available, professional and kind.Various and assorted (included) breakfast, even with the chance of free additions (boiled eggs). Interesting newly offer of vegan salami slices.Free WiFi quite all of the time fully easy accessible and working.Lovely parsley scent soap in room and easy to use, independent air conditioning.Room (507) too narrow, specially as a triple, still with carpeted floor, no slippers, cracked sink, tv not working (“no signal”), weak water pressure in shower, uncomfortable beds, too short sheets unwrapping from (curvy) mattress, causing to sleep right on them and, worst of it all, too thick duvet causing excessive heat.Crowded breakfast room pushing to early wake up not to struggle.     Fantastic hotel brilliant staff especially Maja who went above and beyond to help us out. only downside is the fact its a fair way from the centre of everything and its a good walk unless you are confident in using local transport ie the underground or bus local taxis are a bit expensive
