This hotel is situated on Kurfürstendamm at the heart of Berlin. The nearest underground station is Uhlandstraße and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, the KaDeWe and the Zoological Garden are only minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 182 non-smoking rooms and 25 suites, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     Good location but very poor housekeeping Request to change bath towel by dropping on the bath floor as mentioned by hotel instructions and surprisingly they took it from the floor and hang it behind the bathroom door.Forget my phone charger and contact the hotel after one hour of checking out and they claim it’s not there !!!!     Nice rooms (size and cleanliness) and location. Common areas, breakfast area, gym etc are all functional and only OK. The Hollywood theme is fun.     Breakfast was the best ever had. Extended and very delicious. For the rooms, very big. There is even a pillow plan, we dit nog maar use of it. But all the comfort you need.     A pleasant stay. A couple of tweaks would make it even better.

    We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. They have obviously gone to a lot of effort to theme the hotel, with posters, artefacts and photos everywhere. The breakfast selection was great. So was the power of the shower. The hotel is in a great location too. Our only disappointment was there seem to be no USB points in the rooms to charge phones, plus the bed was two singles pushed together, with two single duvets, which didn't give the feeling of 'deluxe'. There was no lounge bar either, as they're currently renovating it. Next door is a nice Italian restaurant, Capone, that's run by the hotel, but would maybe have liked the opportunity to sit and relax with a drink actually in the hotel (or maybe put high seats up at the bar in Capone so that there's the option to sit and have a drink only, if that's what someone is looking for).
