5 stars, great little boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to everything without the crowds. A short walk to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

What a treasure! The feel of a lovingly maintained bed and breakfast in an historic building, but the privacy of a hotel. Stephanie was friendly and helpful; I appreciated her efforts to make my stay pleasant. My room was perfectly enchanting with several artistic touches throughout. Very reasonably priced considering the attention to detail that characterised my stay. A wonderful gem in a very convenient location.

I love this place... it is quirky, comfortable and so central. Worth the visit... adds richness to a stay in Berlin. The rooms were all different, which added a special charm. The back 'hof' was comfortable and delightful for an afternoon cocktail. No one to talk to?

I am staying at the hotel right now. I came with my wife and two daughters. After a long day- No hot water in the shower (it can happen..;(But no staff what so ever.Reception is closed.No room phone. Loved the friendly helpful staff whose English was excellent! The hotel itself is so charming with its 18th century decor in the rooms plus the building itself is old. Very easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, light rail, Museum Island - great location in east Berlin.If you don't stay here, you will really miss out on a charming boutique hotel experience. The outdoor garden was lovely and so peaceful to sit out there in the morning with coffee or in the evening. I can't say enough about this wonderful place!
