    First time at this hotel and was not disappointed!Immaculate in every way, the quality of the mattress was amazing as was the shower in the lively room we were allocated.Breakfast was included in our stay and it was brilliant!Something for everyone whether it be continental or cooked. Tea and coffee in abundance.In the main hall, there is a tea/coffee station which is complimentary.Also, there are complimentary bottles of water in the hall.The staff are all friendly and professional.Definately intend to go back next time we visit Berlin.

    Very comfortable and near the U-Bahn

    In previous years the hotel was extremely convenient for Tegel airport but now this has shut down it is about an hours ride by S-Bahn and U-Bahn from the new Berlin Brandenberg Airport.The hotel is clean and very comfortable with friendly staff that mostly speak good English and the breakfast choice is excellent.There is a large shopping centre right by the hotel and plenty of good eateries in the vicinity and it is a short walk to the lake where you can take boat excursions.A very good choice for business in the area.

    The hotel is nice, check in and out were a breeze. Very good service overall.The rooms are of a moderately good size and with a nice comfortable bed.Comes with complimentary tea and coffee.The room was quite in the evening and with good internet connection.

    Quick checkin and great location near the airport. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast exceeded expectations as it was very delicious and had been well tailored for COVID 19 requirements.

    Every room gets 1 bottle of water per day, coffee area also downstairs. Breakfeast was good with lots of varioties. Aircondition was weird so air was though but you can open the windows. Shopping center and train station is near.
