    By far one of the WORST Hotel I have been on latest many years.Poor service, horrible Breakfast, all around very dirty, Internet not working. Much better options just few meters on same road..Forget this one..Breakfast is a total disaster, disgusting location very messy and dirty..

    The hotel was only 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was relatively quick and all reception staff spoke a good level of English. The room was extremely hot and there was no air-con which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Rooms were clean but simple and appeared to be slightly dated as were the bathrooms. We had an excellent meal out on the terrace in the evening overlooking the river. The service was fantastic as was the food. The hotel is approx. 35 minutes from Berlin City Centre by taxi which cost about 40 euros.

    The hotel is located on the river Dahme across from Schloss Köpenick, with beautiful views of the water and the castle. It is well connected to public transport. The room was clean and practical, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast a treat. Good value for money. Will use this place again.

    The receptionist wasn't very friendly during check in, a bit grumpy. Carpets and walls in the corridors are dirty, need to be firmly cleaned to get a better impression. Bathroom is small but everything is available and functioning. The shower curtain is hanging on a low position. The bed quality is very good, good size and soft. After hard looking, 1 power point was found under the desk, what is poor for a hotel of such known chain.
