  I stayed in apartment 502 with a balcony. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, and the balcony was a lovely addition. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. They have a very nice roof terrace - brilliant on a hot day. The bed arrangement was somewhat awkward — a futon-style mattress placed on a platform in a narrow corner, which felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly. Air was coming through the vents, but it was not cool, making the system essentially useless. Water pressure was also very weak in the mornings, although it improved later in the day.I contacted the hotel through WhatsApp and communicated with their AI assistant, which provided quick responses. However, there seemed to be no coordination between the AI system and the actual staff. For example, I requested a bottle opener for my room and promptly received confirmation that someone would bring one, but no one ever arrived.I also arranged a late checkout until 2 p.m. for an additional fee of 25 euros, which I paid online. During that process, I was automatically checked out. When I returned to the hotel shortly before my new checkout time, my digital key no longer worked, so I had to visit reception. They then issued me a physical key card and charged an additional fee of a few euros for it. Considering I had already paid for late checkout, this extra charge felt unnecessary and excessive.   Depressive. Darkness at Berlin Wall.

  Good location. All interiors dark-looks like a thomb.The "Voucher" for 10% off for food and beverages is not valid for breakfast. Strange staff in the breakfast room: I thought some of them are securities. Breakfast 19,- EUR overpriced.   Stayed here for a weekend with friends. Good location and rooms with top quality breakfast (at a price). I probably would have scored it 4 out of 5 but they keep trying to claim that we haven't paid. It's been 2 months since we went and we have sent proof. They just charged one of us for a second time. Not the kind of German efficiency, I would expect. Reported the transaction as fraud.   This hotel has nice common spaces in the lobby and at the rooftop terrace. Also appreciated the provided breakfast that had lots to choose from. My particular room was good - decent sized with a bathtub and a patio door that opened to the street. Note that on the weekend another space opens up off the lobby where DJs are playing. It seems to be a real hot spot. An issue only if you go to bed early and/or your room is right above. Mine was on the street side (104) so no issues. I’d happily stay here again for the location, value and brekkie.

  Clean and comfortable hotel in a very ideally located part of Berlin. Close proximity to wonderful shops, restaurants and public transportation. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.
