  Perfect location, clean rooms However - staff speaks very little German nor English properly - if you expect clarity, you don’t get it.We spent 60 min trying to check out as there was a significant difference in charges which nobody can explain.So if you want to have a seamless experience - you won’t find it here.   Worst hotel experience

  This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Due to the hotel being hacked, our personal information was stolen and our credit card details were used fraudulently.We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room even once. We had to wash the coffee cups and water glasses ourselves. The room was already very dusty, which was especially uncomfortable for anyone with allergies.We had to ask the reception for hotel slippers. If they were available, they should have been placed in the room from the beginning.Despite paying 19 euros per person for breakfast, the buffet was exactly the same every single day with no variety.The internet connection was very poor. We had to go down to the lobby just to use social media such as Instagram.We used the same towel for all 5 days. The room was also very small.Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards and I would not recommend staying here

  Great location, good value for money (for Berlin). Good breakfast for a small hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Just be aware (as others have said) that the rooms are very dark. The advertised photo is misleading.

  This hotel is close to all transit. The front lobby is very inviting. Water, fruit available for guests and of course an espresso upon request 🙂. Need a key card to access the elevator to go to your room which makes if very secure for “unwanted” guests.Our room was on the second floor. Very clean and environmentally friendly, meaning that there was a key card to access the lights. A small coffee machine with pods of coffee. A TV and two twin beds attached to each other making it a full bed which was accompanied by clean sheets and a fantastic mattress to get a good night’s rest. The bathroom was small but had its purpose with a wonderful shower.

  Very centrally located. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Asked for more pillows and lights and received them. No kettle in room. Fabulous large bathroom shower and hot water with great shampoo and body wash. Easy to travel from Hbf main station as well as airport to get to hotel and all places are within greater walking distance from hotel.
