  The property is nothing like the photos or description. This place is a dirty, shabby place.We stayed in their separate 3 bedroom apartment.You enter by a side entrance that resembles a crack den. It's dark and dirty.The door doesn't fit properly and wobbles even when locked. You do not feel safe.The decorating is very old and the place was dirty.There were huge cobwebs on the ceiling. There was dirt on light switches. The shower is filthy and the shower head is so old that it doesn't allow total water flow.The beds were ok but the rooms were tired and dirty. You can't leave the windows and shutters open because there is no security on the windows.The kitchen had broken tiles missing, covered with old mats. The blind in the kitchen is broken. Under the sink it damaged and you can see lots off waste etc behind the sink.The stairs are very poor and there is a carpet tile missing on one step, making it dangerous.The bedroom upstairs has very little light and the bathroom is in very poor condition. It was dirty and there were hairs on the floor from the last guests.The cleaner apparently came in once while we were away but didn't replenish toilet rolls or change towels.We paid 1200€ for five nights - it was only worth about 500€

  The location was ok, but the hotel itself is old and not very clean. Our room (nr 20) was at the first floor and a burglar broke into it while we were out. Backpacks and other stuff was stolen. Hotel fixed the door but was unable to give us a new room. We moved away. Never again. Berlin police was friendly, but that was not our idea of a nice holiday.

  Me and my partner and a couple of friends decided to stay at the Bellevue Hotel for New Year safe to say I will NEVER stay here again.Where to begin..Firstly we had next to no sleep from our bed being broken. Also due to paper thin walls you can hear hear everything around you from the people outside to downstairs and even people on the toilet. Disgraceful. The sink in the kitchen sounded like it was gurgling constantly making an awful noise that didn’t stop. Our bedroom had no light bulbs working however we had a lamp that took up majority of the room. Hotel is extremely dated. The only thing I liked was the bathroom and even that had tiles not in place which is a hazard also not plug so couldn’t have a bath. The list continues. The worst part about everything is we stayed here for 4 nights and on our last day we had planned to do a walking tour etc to which we had to cancel.. we were locked in our hotel. Went to leave the room in the morning and the door wouldn’t open as the lock broke. Which meant we had to climb out the window to speak to reception then we had to wait 4/5 HOURS for staff to come fix it after previously calling reception and trying to get help it. We were told we had to sit and wait for half an hour NOT 4/5 HOURS. No apologies, no nothing. This hotel completely ruined my experience and will NOT be going back. Not worth any of the money. I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. Even if this hotel was going for free I still wouldn’t go back.

  Budget vacation, old but all you need.

  This is a very old hotel and you can tell immediately once entering your room. There is a lot of noise from the next door rooms and the corridors because the walls are very thin. It looks like it was an old house and at some point they turned it into a hotel by arranging the floor plan into rooms. However, it is cute, the rooms are warm and ours had a nice view in an inner yard. The location is excellent, only a few meters away from 3 subway stations. It doesn't offer any special amenities but the breakfast was good.

  Old apartments _dis_ajusted to hospitality

  Turn your grand grand mothers big flat to an hotel. Get some furniture in garage sales and stuff it in. Get some fancy pictures and post it in some ususal sales sites... And there you have. A flourishing business.Really. What anoyes me is not to invest a bit in some basic things. Rust in bathroom... Diferent furniture pieces... No blackouts... Fortunately we were so tired in the end of each day that we managed to sleep very well.
