  Very in-expensive, mediocre cleaning, alright staff.

  You get what you pay for, the hotel was fine for the price which were very cheap only 54 euros per night. However all the rooms have floor to floor carpet, that clearly never have been deep-cleaned, there were spots on the carpet in the halls, and when we entered our room it smelled of old carpet, and the smell stayed however much we aired out the room.Other than that the beds and sheets were perfectly clean, the bathroom was a little dirty, and the hotel staff were fine.Nothing more, nothing less.   Serious security issues! Avoid!!!!

  Serious security issues! We were given a key card to enter a too that was already occupied! There were open suitcases next to the door. We could have stolen anything- or have been assaulted for entering someone’s room.Next we were offered a room that stank of raw sewage and left us gagging. Finally we were offered a room that didn’t smell as bad- but was smaller than we had booked. This is the sort of place you could film a zombie apocalypse movie in. It is in the middle of nowhere “near” the airport- you’ll walk ten minutes through what looks like empty lots in a deserted area from the s-bahn. The other guests I encountered made me want to count my money and kidneys upon leaving. The hotel is understaffed, and the booking system non functional. Save your money, keep your family safe, and avoid this house of horrors!   Every time you ask the staff, they are doing a shift change with three people behind a small reception

  Checked in last Sunday came to reception three people behind the counter told me they were doing a shift change three people behind the counter came back at 2 o’clock the same three people behind the counter said I had to wait till 3 o’clock because they were doing a shift change I did not see them doing anything I have complained for five times there was a bad smell of sewage coming from the toilet in my room. The centre maintenance guy to it still did not fix. It came back from the restaurant with my family tonight and I said we had to wait 20 minutes because they were doing a shift change for the bar to be opened still the same people behind the reception, when I went up to my room my son came back down to get a key from behind the reception. The two aggressive guys behind the counter spoke to him very very rude and abruptly when I went back down to approach them they were too busy and finishing up their shift change, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody family or young people because the staff are too lazy to do their job and have a serious bad attitude problem you think you are getting a deal but it is an absolute disaster constant smell from the hotel and the staff are very, very rude should not be working in environment where there is kids and families René Gedigk, General Manager at Hotel Campanile Berlin Brandenburg Airport, responded to this review Lieber m_a_r_i_o81,wir bedauern zutiefst, dass Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.   A lovely hotel within bus and Sbahn reach of the airport and city centre. Comfy beds sand fairly quiet , there’s is a shop downstairs. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but a great base for those with flights etc. smooth check in and checkout.   A great option if travelling from Berlin Brandenburg Airport.

  The greatest option to stay in, if travelling from airport (10' drive).We booked the room spontaneously and the price was very satisfying. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.There is a second entrance straight from the parking lot, which is very practical.For those checking out before 5:30, there is still a short breakfast option for 7€, which includes croissants and a coffee.All in all, a nice value for money hotel. Recommended!
