Friendly and helpful reception. Not calm at night especially if the room is close to the stairs. Fair price. It is far from the little but with so close to S-Bahn station so no problem just it is not cost-efficient. Generally it is a good choice

Disappointing stay and experience

When looking for places to stay, this came up and was a fantastic deal certainly worth taking, now looking back it was the worst choice that I could of made. The place is unsafe, unhygienic and no fire alarms in the bedrooms. The staff on the reception I actually feel sorry for as I am sure we are not the only disgruntled customers staying there. We payed €160 and would like to know where our money actually gets put into. The easiest way to describe this place is hostel like and I have personally stayed in some that are better not only in location but safety and cleanliness. The restaurant...... I really mean what restaurant, it’s dirty and to top it off you need cash for everything or you are not welcome. We stayed in room 409, we won’t be returning. If your going to stay there, I wish you the best of luck and I would personally recommend looking elsewhere!

Relaxing hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. They speek English. Clean and good looking rooms. Open paid buffet for breakfast. Car parking is available. Charged wiifii. Every thing in the hotel is quite and clean. But only one thing that might be not satisfied with is that the hotel not close to the center of Berlin. You need to use taxi if you don't have your own car.

The worst management ever!!!

I had a bad experience few days ago, when as a tour leader of Romanian group accommodated în the hotel I was unable to take the breakfast. For first time in my activity I sas people (chinese) paying for bread and some other (different nationalities) fighting for food!!! I was trying to speak with a manager without succes. They told me that I do not have any reason to complain. I think the main problem is this attitude - to not admit that you have a real problem!!! For this reason I think is a management issue!! Worst experience ever!!

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, a total cost for both of us was €108Rooms are a little dated and basic, but extremely clean, house keeping come in everyday and didn't disturb us. Bathroom was a decent newish white suite. Shower was excellent and plenty of hot water. Heater worked really well and the velux window that fully opened was ideal.Hotel is based near a few lovely restaurants which are well priced, train station is just down the road and 17 min train journey from the centre, this didnt bother us at all as we were heading all over the city by train anyway. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is pretty quiet for a city hotel. Overall id stay here anytime. I have stayed in far worse hotels which are 3 x the price of this one.
