  Beautiful, Stylish Hotel.

  Beautiful stylish hotel in a great location for exploring Berlin. From the moment we checked in our experience was perfect, the guy was so helpful as we had arrived earlier than the regular check in time. He offered us a drink and then informed us that we could have a junior room which was ready on the 4th floor. The room overlooked a lovely square and was spacious and super clean. The bed was huge & very comfy, we both slept really well. Their breakfast was so good, everything you need on the excellent quality buffet and a menu to order extras. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. If we visit Berlin again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else ! Highly recommend.

  Good Hotel but Expected a Little More

  The biggest advantage of Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection is its excellent location. The Gendarmenmarkt and many of the surrounding sights are easily accessible on foot. Bed was comfy and room was clean.But I expected a little better experience than the four-star standard. Some of the services seemed a bit slow and the breakfast options seemed a bit limited to me. The hotel was good, but expected to be a bit more expensive. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.   Decent hotel, certainly not five star

  Good location and design, breakfast was quite good (buffet + a limited but tasty à la carte menu)Downsides: air conditioning was not very powerful I visited during a heatwave and it could not really keep up. Service was also inconsistent - my room was not cleaned. I reached out to the front desk after the stay and they said it was because I had my do not disturb sign out - but I was out of the room from 9:30 AM - 4 PM and did not have my do not disturb sign out. Maybe housekeeping checked before or after then, but to not have housekeeping during those hours is unacceptable for what claims to be a five star hotel. Management was also very dismissive when I reached out over email on this point.   Room with a view and hotel with a spa

  My solo three days stay to explore the city of Berlin became a relaxing three day rest in the spa. This hotel has great facilities, including fitness, yoga room, sunroom, hot and wet saunas. The relaxation amenities were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, but next time would make sure my room was a little larger as the rooms were on the smaller side.   Walk everywhere in Berlin

  This hotel was good, but not great. We upgraded to a Corner King Room, which was impressively spacious and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the room overlooked nearby office buildings, and we felt somewhat exposed with people able to look directly into the room.The bathroom was surprisingly small compared to the generous bedroom space and lacked some basic extras, such as a shower cap. On the positive side, the room did include an iron, which was appreciated.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial, making it a convenient base for exploring Berlin's major sights.What was missing for me was any real sense of place. The hotel felt quite generic and could have been anywhere in the world.
