    OK hotel in good and quiet location

    The hotel is well located on a quiet street and was good value for money. The room was clean and had what I needed. The exterior, view from the back and the standard of the common areas could really do with refreshing. If you are on a tight budget it's a decent option.

    The room was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. Very quiet location, didn’t hear a sound but walkable distance to sites such as the Brandeburg Gate, or even closer Berlin Zoo.Staff were friendly and accommodating, can’t believe this is only classed as a 3 star hotel!     Good central hotel (watch out if arriving after 2200hrs)

    Good, central hotel with great transport links. Fabulous breakfast and team. Significant issues arriving after 2200hrs with no reception. Entry is via a coded door with a phone number to ring for entry. This connects to a sister hotel many miles away and gives access to a self checkin terminal, which wasn’t working and we were informed was not working the previous night. We were given access to the emergency room and after 8 phone calls and around midnight we entered our room. In the morning we were made to feel it was our fault the self checkin was not working and moved to smaller room. To cap it all we were not informed that the construction site opposite started work at 0600hrs on the dot each weekday morning. Hotel Lützow, General Manager at Hotel Lutzow, responded to this review Dear Mr Kevp,Thank you for taking the time to rate us. We are sorry that our self check in terminal did not work at this time. Unfortunately, the technology failed, which is never the case, but unfortunately can happen. For this case we have the emergency boxes you used. Unfortunately, you had to move to your actual room the next morning as the category of the room in the emergency box was fully booked. Of course, we would have offered you an upgrade if this had been possible.     I spent quite a lot of time looking for a hotel that offered cooking facilities, within the city. This fitted the criteria. The hotel has several floors but didn't feel like a large hotel, it felt cosier and more personal. The staff were helpful with all our enquiries

    Upon our arrival at the hotel, we encountered significant difficulties with the parking garage. Seeking assistance from the front desk, we were met with an extremely frustrated and unhelpful receptionist. The lack of service-mindedness and problem-solving attitude made the entire situation very unpleasant for us.Given the negative experience, we requested a refund for our stay. Unfortunately, our request was denied by the receptionist. As a result, we decided to book an alternative accommodation nearby, (maritim proarte hotel: 10/10)1* because I can't give 0*
