196 rooms, including 4 junior suites, 5 suites, 5 single rooms and 176 double rooms, are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden.     The first impression, at street level, was of a budget chain level hotel, but was totally mistaken: rooms are, indeed, a four-star level, being spacious, really comfy beds, a large and a nice walk-in shower.     Short review: Overall consistent with my view of a four-star hotel. A good, minimalistic hotel with professional staff, efficient booking, and modern rooms. Decent location. The air conditioning produced intermittent noise but did not affect the overall rating.**Evaluation**1. **Cleanliness and condition:** The initial room was fully clean, so no reassignment was needed. Surfaces remained well maintained (photo from day 2 after housekeeping). The interior appears recently refurbished. Good airflow and fresh air. Minor issues: high-frequency noise from the air vent (could be turned off), a slightly dull view, and a small dent from the makeup mirror in the bathroom. No strong detergent smell. Above-average rating.2. **Location:** Near a busy road with noticeable graffiti; a large supermarket dominates the immediate surroundings. Some rooms do not face traffic. The supermarket is fairly high end. Room type reviewed: “Superior Double.” Average rating.3. **Service:** Staff were uniformed, professional, and helpful. Consistent with a four-star standard.     The staff at the reception is outstandingly rude. They don’t understand English well or pretend not to, then shout at customers. They treat customers in a horrible way. The food is tasteless, usually cold by the time it is served; the coffee is insultingly bad. The hotel itself is a maze with insufficient signs for finding your way.     To many rooms. Finding rooms like a maze game. Cleaning is also ok ok. Room ac also set centrally you doesn’t have any control. No nearby bus stops.
