    Well located and great value hotel with good size rooms and extremely comfortable bed

    We have always had a positive RIU experience and this was the same. The room rate with breakfast was excellent and from check in to departure everything was as it should be. We were upgraded and our room on floor 13 was blissfully quiet with a great view. Quality bed linen and no noise from anywhere, whats not to like !Well located for transport and shops with plenty of eating options not least KaDeWe for shopping and snacking. We have stayed at the nearby Pullman, Swisshotel and the Mandala over Potsdamer way and all have their plus points though in terms of value for money this RIU is a great base and we would in all probability book again.

    Hotel perfect. We had a room on 16th floor, on the corner so great views out of two different sides. Staff all lovely. Breakfast was great. We commented on how usually in hotels you can hear other guests but we heard nothing the 4 nights we were there. Peaceful! Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Lots to do nearby. We walked everywhere and found loads of great bars and restaurants close by. Would stay here again.

    I am a great fan of the RIU group and have stayed at many of their resorts and hotels over the last 5 years, including the RIU Plaza Berlin 3 times. On this occasion I booked 5 rooms for a family trip for three nights. As always, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great but small things weren't up to their usual standard. For example, in my daughter's room she had a frayed old towel in the bathroom and in our room the curtains had definitely seen better days, whilst in my son's room the air con was less than optimal. I am not the type to complain or make a fuss, we really enjoyed our stay, it just didn't feel quite as polished as usual.     Terrific hotel in a great location with free parking. The suite had two full bathrooms with a bedroom and living room. The breakfast is elaborate and extensive but you can ask for nondairy yogurt or an egg white omelet or smoked salmon. They have cute touches like lollipops (free) or take more tea bags for the kettle in the room. Can’t wait to go back!
