  The hotel was fine. Location was really good - central and close to an S-bahn station that we used a lot and good restaurants. Early checkin (I arrived about 1:00) was not available, so they held my bags for me. The room ("comfy") was handicap accessible, so it was actually pretty spacious. Despite the space, there weren't really many hooks for hanging things or shelving. Our suitcases had to sit open on the floor. The windows opened onto a quiet courtyard, which was nice. Everything appeared clean, but the room was DARK! A serious lack of lighting! It had a nespresso machine, but they did not re-supply coffee after the first day. I went to the desk to ask for more pods and they said they only provide what was in the room upon arrival, so I went to the nearby grocery store and bought some for the rest of my stay. We went up to the rooftop and the view was nice, but the bar wasn't open while we were there.   Lovely hotel and centrally located. Staff were exceptional - so friendly and really helpful with our questions. Nice breakfast, just a shame that the bar wasn’t open during our stay. Rooms were clean and lovely sized showers in the bathroom, lighting was very dim but no issue for us after a busy day sightseeing. Nice and quiet and no street noise heard.   This is a nice hotel, we didn't have any unpleasant surprises. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and no issues with cleanliness. The location is really great, you are very close to the main central entertainment districts and train stations. Staff were friendly throughout the stay, would visit again.
