  Stayed here for a week whilst attending a conference in Berlin. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and there's a tram stop nearby. There's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a petrol station right under the hotel which sells all the basics you might need.My room was the typical Ibis standard. Clean, modern and comfortable with a decent bed, kettle and a functional en-suite. I also had a great view of the Fernsehsutrm. There's a small bar downstairs which is fairly reasonably priced, only issue is the staff have to work both reception and the bar which can lead to some fairly long waits.The price was exceptionally good, especially given how busy Berlin was that week. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

  Room was good and a good location. Very close to Alexanderplatz. An acceptable place for a few nights. Staff however were not welcoming, quite rude in fact. Almost like it was an inconvenience you being there

  The hotel itself is ok. It the staff are awful, very poor manners and cannot speak well with anyone whose English is there first language. The website says the bar is 24 hours but the staff randomly d code the are too ‘busy’ and close the bar. Would recommend to anyone who wants friendly staff or the ability to drink in the hotel to book else where

  Simply hotel, but everything we needed

  This hotel was exactly what we were expecting. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the storage area as soon as we walked in the room. It was good to have a space for umbrellas, shoes, and luggage. We didn't spend much time thereThe location was great. Near lots of public transport options, next to a convenience store, and walking distance to lots of restaurants. It was far enough to the outskirts of Mitte, pretty much in Prenzlauer Berg which made it quieter than we expected.We were especially grateful on our check-out day. We had a late flight out of Berlin. In addition to holding out bags in a secure space, they called a taxi to take us to the airport.We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there in the future if we return to Berlin!

  Complete Lack of Security and Indifferent Staff – Avoid This Hotel

  I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at this hotel. We spent a weekend there with friends, but our experience was extremely unpleasant due to the irresponsible attitude of the hotel staff towards security and customer service.One evening, while sitting in the hotel lobby, we were listening to music through a small speaker. We stepped outside for a few minutes to smoke, and when we returned, the speaker was gone. We immediately approached the hotel staff for assistance, expecting some help, but were met with complete indifference. The staff did not even bother to check the security camera footage or take any action to investigate the incident. The following morning, we spoke with a senior staff member, but his attitude was just as dismissive – we were simply told that the hotel could not help.We did not expect such behavior from the staff, especially at a hotel that should prioritize the safety of its guests. If personal belongings can go missing here and the staff makes no effort to retrieve them, this hotel is clearly not a reliable place to stay. I strongly advise against staying here – both due to the lack of security and the completely indifferent customer service.
