  Hotel that takes care of the environment

  A really nice location by the lake in the amidst a group of restored agriculture buildings this is more than your usual business hotel although the decor is nothing special, staff are friendly and the intention to minimise the impact on the environment is well implemented. A very good breakfast with a great selection of options. Nice sauna area but the hotel will be improved with the soon to be built fitness centre.   weekend wedding party of niece

  we drove here from Hamburg for a great wedding of niece.the weather was extremely warm , if not hot. the room we had had no air. the temperature control mechanism did not work. we asked to have either a fan or change of room. the receptionist loaned us the only fan they had which is for the reception area. so the next day we changed rooms.we left on a sunday and after i got home i found that i left my thermos there. we called hotel and was told it was there they also said they will send back thermos for €12.90 which i thought unreasonable we told them to forget it, i can buy a new one for less money. we had two families of friends and relatives there renting rooms for the wedding. to ask one of the main families to send money for returning a thermos is really ridiculous,i cannot believe how bad this shows their customer service which is almost nil,although the hotel is fair with breakfast and bedroom accomodation,i told the bride our niece that we will never return to hotel and will not give it a good review we also had the wedding reception there and guests have lunch in their little restaurant.i know the customer service in Germany cannot be compared that of an Asian accomodation, this is pushing the limit. Since we are an event and hotel location with 128 double rooms and suites you can imagine how many things are left behind by our guests every day. Our collegues could hardly estimate the thermos' value - the personal value which it has to you. Taking this into account, you can probably understand why our team offered you the possebility of returning the thermos to you. It is true, we charge a fee for sending back belongings which are left behind. We hope you can understand our policy for not returning guests left items back for free and we are sorry for probably not meeting your customer service expectations.   Very lovely place for holding team meetings

  Wonderful stay in a super comfortable room with clean and modern fittings, great care in the details and attention to sustainability and responsible customer behaviour. Quiet setting, lovely outdoor spaces, great food. The spaces for holding meetings and workshops were spacious, well-lit and comfortable.   Beautiful

  We came here on an old rally race. It was definitely more than expected. It was very beautiful here with the lake and surrounds. Room was spacious and had coffee maker.   Good place for bikers

  We were 47 bikers on Sunday and made a stop at the Landgut. There is plenty of space to park the bikes. You can sit outside with a beautiful view of the lake. We were welcomed with open arms and the service was quick,friendly and professional. This restaurant will be a stop for me when I am with the bike again.
