  Perfect place to stay and close enough to the City centre if you like walking.Staff were all super efficient and the hotel is spotless. Breakfast was fabulous too.Tram stop only a few hundred metres from the hotel. First time in Berlin.....what a fantastic City and this hotel added to a great time.   Lovely hotel: great room, excellent staff, great location

  We stayed for 5 nights in May 2026. The hotel is in an excellent location with Alexanderplatz within walking distance, and buses and trams just a couple minutes' walk away. Basically all of the main tourist sites can be reached on public transport from the hotel and there were lots of nice restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance of the hotel.We stayed in a Deluxe room and it was really lovely - very spacious with a seating area, desk, large bed, a powerful shower etc, and windows covering more or less the whole of one of the walls (which meant the room was nice and light). Our room was facing the church next door so that also gave us a really nice view. The room was clean and very comfortable.The staff were very helpful and friendly! We arrived at around 9am having taking a sleeper train to Berlin - we asked whether we could store our luggage until the check-in at 3pm and the member of staff on reception kindly checked to see whether there were any Deluxe rooms already cleaned and available. Luckily there was a room available and we were able to check in straight away which we were so grateful for as it meant we could have a quick sleep and a shower after travelling through the night. There was some confusion as I had been told I had successfully bid for an upgrade to a junior suite and it turned out none were available, so our early check-in fee was waived which, again, we were very thankful for.We didn't visit the restaurant as there are a number of restaurants nearby that we wanted to try, but the hotel menu did look really nice. We did visit the bar a couple of times and the cocktails were excellent (and also available via room service!).When we checked out, we were allowed to store our luggage securely until departing for our sleeper train back to Brussels.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I am ever back in Berlin!   Stayed three nights.. Nice modern hotel comfy rooms apart from the temperature of the rooms. Far too warm. The church next door woke us at 7am each morning with the chimes. One of the rooms got a welcome gift of strawberries etc our didn't. Not sure why ours didn't. Breakfast was ok. No toaster but you could hand in your bread and wait ages for it being toasted. Nice lady on reception helped us with the 24 hour bus. I did ask for a quiet room. Shame we didn't get one.   Fantastic Hotel

  We have just returned from a 4 night stay in room 484 opposite the lift and facing the church. Large windows which open onto a Juilette balcony. Tram stop a short walk away.Tea, and coffee in the spacious room. We bought some milk from Aldi ( which is behind the church). We stored it in the fridge in the room. We loved the room. Lovely, clean and quiet despite being on the front facing the traffic. Could not hear anything with the windows shut. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Staff polite and very helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you.   Great hotel

  We stayed for 3 nights for the Christmas markets. We have stayed at the Park Inn before. This hotel was a little bit outside Alexanderplatz which we liked as it was much quieter. Our room faced the road but the soundproofing meant we heard nothing. We walked into town which took about 10 minutes but the M4 tram 3 stops gets you in. They run every 5 mins.The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and although the choice was a bit limited the food was of a high standard. We ate at a local restaurant one night which was awful. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The only thing was the tea and coffee facilities. There was only coffee whitener so would have been better to have the little UHT milk sachets as the coffee was pretty undrinkable. Large TV which was mainly German (understandably) but I was able to watch the world darts championships. WiFi was a bit variable at times. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
