Location

This modern city hotel is situated in the centre of Berlin, in the "little government" quarter and right by Märkischen Ufer. Alexanderplatz is only a matter of minutes away. Many shopping venues, countless bars and restaurants are to be found on Friedrichstraße, around 1.5 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot lying just 15 minutes away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 32 rooms and 22 apartments, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Perfectly situated in Mitte with easy access on foot and public transport to places of interest. The hotel is quiet and well appointed. Staff were polite and friendly.     Friendly personal at reception and at breakfast. Hotel calls itself "for Living Hotels trainees. "Breakfast was quite good.However:Very small room on 6th floor, quite noisy in the morning at 6:30 due to traffic (street crossing). Weeks ago, I had asked for room directed to court but didn´t get one. Room heating was to low, so was quite cold. Positive : 2 bottles water and 2 bottles beer were complimentary.     Staff were friendly, we turned up at 11.30ish and had no problem getting room early. Got 2 bottles of water free everyday and room was clean. Neighbourhood was safe with a subway station about 4 minutes walk, a Lidl about 10-15 minutes walk and cafes for pizza/beer just over the road, overall a very pleasant stress-free stay.     very comfortable, convenient and friendly. Everything you need for a city break.All the amenities you need and very close to the underground. Good Indian restaurant next door. Helpful staff.
