In addition to 34 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lifts,made up of a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 70 rooms and 36 apartments. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance and a transfer service.
