    NOT OPEN TO TOURISTS IT IS NOW AN IMMIGRATION HOTEL. BE WARNED !

    This hotel is not available for Tourists. We had booked it with TUI in September 2023 and unbeknown to them and to us the hotel is now a hotel for Refugees and Immigrants. Our plans were spoiled as we had arranged for tour pickups from here which could not be changed. We could not get any help from the UK

    The hotel is ok but for me the room I stayed in was very narrow and it made me feel a bit nervous in the room. The guys were very helpful and kind. I did not prefer breakfast and dont have any idea about it. Location was so so.. Not too far and not too close.

    The standout part of my stay here was the service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, and was particularly impressed by how Gabriel dealt calmly and kindly with another couple who arrived very flustered, because they were very delayed in arrival and there was some significant problem with their booking as a result. He could not have been more patient or reassuring to them. My room was lovely and clean, the location very good: bike hire from the hotel very easy. And breakfast outdoors in the verdant patio a nice treat. Would definitely return.

    Stayed a few nights, great location to the Tempodrom as that was my main reason for being in Berlin and its righy by the U Bahn so easily accessible - or you can just scooter or uber around!Only 3 stars though as the rooms are a bit outdated, my room didn't have air con and it was nearly 30 degrees when I stayed so quite hot! The bathrooms looked more modern which was nice.The bar was temporarily closed - I think for refurbishments - which was a shame and led us to visit the hotel next door or wander around looking for somewhere to have a drink. Breakfast was cute, especially outside in the courtyard with the koi pond, and there was a nice variety and something different each day.Would stay again, just needs a bit of modernising!

    We travelled for a Christmassy weekend and had an amazing time! The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to a subway station so easy connections to the airport and the rest of the city. We could walk to Brandenburg gate. Breakfast was better than we expected after reading reviews and it was described as continental. But it was very good continental, there were eggs, smoked salmon, cold meats & cheese, lovely pastries. Lovely bar in the hotel. Staff were helpful. The only thing letting this hotel down is the rooms. The decor doesn’t match the rest of the hotel, the lobby/bar/breakfast area is all very modern & quirky but the rooms are very dated. But in all honesty, we spent very little time in the room so it was what we needed. Bed was comfortable! We forgot toothbrushes and the hotel kindly gave us a dental kit each.
