DIDNT happenNight shift front desk were not much help... had no idea..!!!Place is ok for budget conscious travellers..But personally wouldnt stay there again

    Firstly the positives this is well located right near to checkpoint Charlie. First impressions were good the reception area is really nice. On going up to the room it smelt as though it hadn't been used for a while and on trying to make the bed a silverfish crawled out which wasn't nice! The room however was big and other than that it was very clean.It did however have the hardest bed I've ever had the misfortune of sleeping on, it did make me question if some prison cells might have more comfy beds!Also there was a LOT of noise outside the hotel from 7am every single morning thankfully we tend to get up fairly early. Staff were really friendly. I probably wouldn't return but do consider it.

    Quiet location away from traffic, noise proof windows help as well. They even open which is nice for moderately warm September days. Umtil your next door neighbor decides to step out on his part of this balcony to smoke ...A reading light, a bedside lamp as well as a waste basket apart from.the bathroom one would be great improvents. Otherwise, room and bathroom were ok if small. The corridors are dimly lit so leaving vacuum cleaners laying about is dangerous. Over the course of the morning, e both entangled our feet and one of us took a dive ...They serve breakfast in a nice sun lit veranda w/terrace and greens, and may even lower the charge to sell more. There is a bar but the guy on night duty said - well before midnight - that management no longer wants him to sell beverages but he could give directions to a late night store selling refrigetstrd beer and more.

    Spacious apartment. Met all our needs. Laundry in basement. Balcony and dishwasher/ cooking facilities appreciated. Perfect location for all the sights and use of the U & S bahn stations. Would recommend and will be returning. Thank you.

    Firstly, book through Agoda. By far the cheapest. 4 nights in apartment which was conveniently located 5 min walk from Checkpoint Charlie. Spacious, separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, full kitchen and large balcony overlooking park. Only downside no air conditioning but fans supplied. Charging hubs didn't work and it's a bit worn around the edges, they charged an extra 20 euro to make the sofa bed up which was a bit odd. Firm mattress and very sinkable pillows. Clean, friendly staff and would definitely stay there again.
