very enjoyable stay

stayed here for a Monday to Friday and enjoyed my stay very well close to the subways/underground so good transport links, room was nice and clean each day for me, bed was also comfy, only dislike i would say was we only had 1 pillow to each single bed and soon as you lie into it your head sinks right through but they was more than happy to give me another one at no issue at all, would defiantly come back if do ever come back to Berlin.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of a business trip.Checking was easy and pleasant. The gentleman at the reception desk was very professional and helpful.The room had 2 single beds and was comfortable. There was a small desk and decent amount of storage. The bathroom was clean and functional.The WiFi was a bit on the slow slide.Would stay here again as the location to local restaurants was great.

Again here, and for many reasons. Location is great next to U- and S-Bahn Neukölln, still peaceful neighbourhoods. Good price for this quality. Nice reception workers. Only little minus that I paid for late check-out, but the cleaning woman did not know it. I'll stay here again!

Nice clean basic motel, room was ample for a 2night city break. Only downside was 1 very thin pillow, so had to fold it in half, to make it half decent. Breakfast was good for €9.50, plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant & friendly. Location was good for Ubahn, trains & buses. If you come out the motel & go right, at the very top of the street, you will Get the U8, which takes you into the heart of all the main tourist attractions. If you go left, you can get the train S45, back to the airport.

A budget hotel, to be sure! For that you pay by having no chair in the room, only a vinyl hassock which you’ll need to double as a bedside table; very few electrical outlets, and none by the bed; no full-length mirror (I’m a performer and need one); no counter space by the sink; only ONE HOOK for your towel or to hang your toiletries kit (choose one or the other — not both!); only one pillow; hard mattress; tiny hot & stuffy room. And to add insult to injury, no free coffee or tea (it’s EUR 2.50); breakfast costs EUR 9.50 and offers very few vegan options, not even plant-based milk for your coffee. The woman behind the desk was condescending when I simply inquired about the cost of breakfast and vegan options. I will say the hotel was clean, and walking distance to a lot of cheap restaurants/street food. Will never choose to stay here again, however!
