    When did rooms become so basic?

    What is happening to hotels? Things you take for granted suddenly disappearing. I’m used to checking if there is a bar at my hotel, is breakfast included, is there a fridge in my room…? When did I need to start to check if there are drawers in my room, or anywhere to put my clothes (5 hangers), a safe, or a shower with a proper tray so it doesn’t flood the bathroom every time you use it?The room is spacious enough to provide these ‘extras’ the room was clean and bed comfortable, it was also lovely and warm despite being mid-December. Lobby area and bar were nice and location was good. Just give me somewhere to put my underwear. All other rooms follow our open, minimalist concept, designed around the fact that most of our guests stay no more than two nights.That said, we completely understand that extra storage can make a big difference, especially for longer stays. The good news: we now have mobile clothes racks that our crew can bring straight to your room upon request.We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the comfortable bed, the warmth during your December stay, as well as our lobby, bar, and location.     Great hotel - even better staff.

    Had a great time at Moxy, the 24/7 bar was a great point, rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the location was perfect.At the end of our stay, my bag was taken by a taxi driver, and despite being already checked out, Shishi helped us so much through this despite not having any obligation to at all. The driver didn't speak English, so Shishi translated to German and spoke with him over the phone and negotiated getting my bag back over a very arduous 6 hour period, and even came with us to get it back. The whole team was so kind and patient with us despite owing us nothing and I can't put into words how grateful we are to Shishi and the wider team for helping with this. Undoubtably the best service and best hotel team I've ever dealt with in years of travelling.

    I stayed in Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof between Oct 4 and Oct 5 with my Taiwan passport.But I just received lots of emails in Thai language after checking out.Please pay more attention for the mistake caused.

    I had a pleasant three-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful; they promptly honored my request to change rooms when I found that the first one lacked of any workspace. The second room I was given had a much more appealing layout.Amenities in the room included a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and hairdryer. Kettle is available upon request, and each floor has a dedicated ironing room. My room was clean and a decent size, if a little compact.The breakfast offered a wide variety of good options, though the area did get quite crowded. Its location is a major plus, as it's within easy walking distance of the Ostbahnhof station. All things considered, I had a very positive experience and found it to be excellent value for money.
