Location

This hotel is superbly located in the peaceful Lichtenberg/Friedrichshain district of the city, just 20 min by public transport from Berlin's buzzing centre, with attractions such as Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstraße. The comfort hotel is situated on a side road off the Frankfurter Allee with fantastic connection to the public transport network (Lichtenberg and Ostbahnhof railway stations, underground, S-Bahn, bus and tram). It takes 20 min to reach the exhibition centre. Shops and other entertainment attractions are easily reached on foot.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 99 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     A very good hotel to stay at, clean, very spacious room, with friendly and helpful staff. A few minutes walk from Frankfurter Allee U5 line, which quickly takes you Alexanderplatz, the museum quarter, the Brandenburg gate and the central station, Hautpbahnoff. Low cost travel. Also restaurants and cafes near the hotel. So, whilst on the outskirts of Berlin, it offers easy, cheap and quick access to the city centre. Would stay again.     I unexpectedly found myself staying here after my husband broke his leg whilst we were on holiday in Berlin. He was taken to the hospital close to this hotel.My husband needed an operation and I was not sure how long I would be staying. The hotel was so friendly and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They let me extend my stay in the same room which meant I didn’t need to change rooms. They helped me with extra pillows and bedding when my husband finally left the hospital. The also gave me late checkout when we finally were able to get a flight home.I cannot recommend this place enough. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and have all the things you need for a comfy stay.There is ubahn station and bus stops within a few minutes walk and supermarket just over the main road.Thanks to all the staff at the hotel to helped me and my husband. It really did make a stressful time less stressful.     Location in Friedrichshain at Frankfurter Alle, just straight to Innerstadt by metro U-15, Rooms as a business 4 stars hotels, cotty, quiet, large and clean, with Fridge (minibar), beds are very good quality, bathtube and dush in bathroom.
