  Really nice reception. Think here name was Nicolette. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed every night.

  We always choose NH hotels but somehow we're disappointed with this one.Our room was on the side of railway station so if you open the window you simply can't sleep. Besides, the street is to loud and homeless people are arguing all the time. At the first day in our room, exactly in bathroom we didn't have electricity. The problem was solved but still... As a someone who has allergies I can say that the room is dusty, especially heating so maybe someone can clean that dust. Toilet amenities are not as in other NH hotels, they offered only shower cap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Surrounding area offers a lot of restaurants so no need to book a room with breakfast.   A gem in the middle of Berlin

  We had a wonderful experience here. It’s very memorable and in the center of the city and so easy to get to all of the attractions Berlin offers. The front desk staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They answered our endless questions and were lovely and full of great suggestions. I can only report about the housekeeping staff on our floor. They were cheerful and very efficient. There are endless restaurant possibilities around this property along with a good supermarket 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property. Very reasonable and a great stay.   Just returned from 3 nights at the hotel , it is well located being a couple of minutes from S Bahn station at Savigny Platz (S9 straight from airport) , and only a few mins walk from Kurfurstendam and connections on the U Bahn. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area Check in was good a lovely lady called Natalia , room stylish, with a great shower.   We arrived early at the hotel in the hope we could leave our bags, and then go exploring. Instead we were made welcome and told our rooms were available early and that we could go straight to them. After a very early start that morning this was very welcome. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The railway was just outside the windows, but the noise was hardly noticeable. The rooms were well equipped and it was no trouble each time we asked for more tea bags. The only downside was that we had to buy milk from a food shop as tea with the creamer provided was not good. Some biscuits would have been nice. The hotel is very central for reaching places on foot, and there are plenty of options for eating out around the hotel - traditional German and the more commercial familiar eateries. As we were visiting near Christmas, the market was about 15 min walk down the main street. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would happily stay again one day.
