    The hotel was booked for me by the organisers of an event I was attending, and I have to say that it is not a place I would have chosen myself.The location is good — close to the city centre and well connected by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams and buses. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the rooms are nice, clean, and equipped with a fridge and coffee-making facilities.However, what I found disappointing was the complete absence of staff. Check-in is done online and you are simply assigned a room. If any issue arises, you are essentially on your own. There is some cleaning staff present, but they do not speak English (or prefer not to). I contacted the hotel by email and received an initial reply asking me to describe the problem, but after doing so, I received no further response for the remainder of my stay — fortunately, a short one.Breakfast is delivered to the room between 7:00 and 8:00 in the form of a box. Apparently, there are several options available, but I received the same one each morning: a croissant, juice, an apple, and some kind of porridge — not really my preferred type of breakfast.Overall, it felt like a very impersonal place — not somewhere I would choose to return to.     Very good, cozy and comfortable hotel. Excellent location. Everything is close by, shops, cafes, restaurants. The only inconvenience is that the room is not cleaned every day, I will definitely come back.     cheap coffee, clean room, no staff, no local channels

    It was a clean room with a good bed and bathroom. Good Location. The staff less checking and daily usage was ok. But:1. The bed only had a thick comforter on it. We were too warm. Needs a 3 layer set up. Sheet, blanket, light quilt. Then people can adjust to their warmth/heat output.2. The coffee machine (a small K cup machine) worked, but the coffee is terrible. Get better coffee, or put good Nespresso Virtuo machines and coffee in the ROOMS. 3. There are 10 total hangers (for 2 people) and a 4 place coat hook, and 2 tiny drawers for you to store your clothes. Need more clothes storage. Ditch the cute tiny little drawer shelf thing and put in multi drawer cabinet. 4. The TV stop receiving Local channels via the cable after a few days. I sent info to the AI bot on your What's App number and no one came to fix the tv.
