    No complaints. Second time lve stayed here and would return again. Check in via tablet efficient and a helpful member of staff on hand to help. Room clean and comfortable. Shower nice and hot. Breakfast buffet OK but don't expect a full English. Otherwise a good selection of cheese, ham, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, cereals, breads and pastries. Ideally situated for public transport and only 20 minutes from the airport. Only one small niggle. Tea, herbal tea and instant coffee available in the room, but no sachets of milk!

    This hotel is a disgrace, my wife is an independent travel agent & we came here to review it with a view to tell others to stay here...Well not a chance, we booked a superior family room, & the girls sofa bed didnt have a mattress. The manager wasn't bothered, attempted to rectify the situation by adding blankets.When tried to talk to him, he just spoke in Turkish. We said to reception that its unacceptable for people to sleep without a mattress, this fell on deaf ears.SO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON NEEDING MORE THAN 1 DOUBLE BED.we stay all over the world & the lack of interest from the management, if he was a manager was pitiful DO not book to stay here

    Outstanding customer service here🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟we don’t speak much German - Ladies at Reception spoke Perfect English and were truly lovely - they really went above and beyond to help us. Cleaning ladies were lovely too. Very cool & slick apartment. Soundproofed! Super quiet, Great beds, fluffy less fluffy & firmer pillow choice, huge bathroom with large bath, excellent air conditioning, Brilliant restaurant - excellent menu and service. vending machines for takeaway coffee snacks etc in apartment block foyer.Close to Gesundbrunnen station - easy to find - easily buy tickets from machines. Next to supermarket at shopping mall. Brilliant fruit & vegetable shop. Also Great coffee, salads, rolls, fruit salads, cakes, cookies etc. available to purchase at train platform café🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

    Good location - 3 min walk to the station to then visit Berlin. The accommodation was a good size, the bed and sofa bed were comfy. Bathroom was large and the shower was powerful and the water was a good temperature. Reception staff were helpful - housekeeping came each day to provide fresh towels. Shopping centre across the road is handy for a supermarket. Only downside was the apartment element to the accommodation - essentially it is a sink, fridge, kettle and LOTS of cupboard space. No bowls, plates or cutlery are provided so it’s pretty useless really in terms of being able to eat in the accommodation. 2 x cups and 2 x glasses are provided.

    Stayed here during the euros, very modern hotel with helpful staff. Bedding and towels changed everyday.Location is good, metro station at Gesundbrunnen is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to central Berlin within 15 mins.Never used the restaurant so can’t comment on that but seems reasonably priced for breakfast.Hotel has vending machine in the lobby area with food, drinks and alcohol.
