This new apartment building is located directly on the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, currently the hippest district of Berlin. The area around the water tower and Kollwitzplatz are perfect for walks through the numerous small streets with their small shops, boutiques and galleries. Afterwards, guests can enjoy themselves in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Also easily reached are Alexanderplatz and the television tower, as well as the classical Berlin boulevard 'Unter den Linden' with Museum Island and the Brandenburg Gate.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 12 rooms. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk.
