    Very disappointed - cancelled my booking for the Berlin marathon for end of September despite extending our stay to 5 nights, without reason. Had been booked months in advance and now leaving it very late to sort alternate accommodation - avoid Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin Mitte, Other at Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin Mitte, responded to this review Dear Guest,We apologize that your reservation was cancelled by your booking agent of choice, with no explanation provided. Unfortunately, due to the upcoming change of ownership of the real estate in which the property is located, Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin Mitte will be closing its doors permanently as of 25.08.2025.     Room was facing the courtyard and was quite and really nice and clean! We loved staying there, the bathroom was a good size and bed was comfortable. Staff were great!     The rooms are smaller compared to other city hotels, but the place is clean and well-maintained. It offers a great breakfast and is conveniently located near the train station—just a 10-minute taxi ride to the ITB Exhibition Center. Recommend for business travelers.     The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The service is good. Breakfast is buffet style.
